Group Classes

Responsive, reliable recalls! Self-control / ‘Off-switch’ development Loose Leash Walking Focus Canine good manners and greeting behaviors Calm, settle and ‘place’ Body awareness and confidence building with training games, fun challenges and skill building

All group classes are small, ( 3- 6 dogs) with emphasis on the individual dog/handler team. Attention is paid to each individual from the time of Bronze registration where each dog new to Cassandra’s Canines is assessed prior to entry into class. All courses have been expertly designed to provide successful and logical progressions in a solid training foundation of learning and fun. Emphasis is on the canine/human bond and relationship building throughout each level of training using motivational exercises and training games. Clicker training is a highly successful method of reward –based training that is not only an effective training aid but when coupled with motivational and shaping techniques, teaches our dogs to think and problem solve. The result is wonderful confidence and a love of learning for your dog! All classes have access to a private Facebook group to access written material and discuss training for the duration of the course.
